After:
High carb, very low fat, bit of protein. Salt. E.g pasta tomato sauce, pancakes honey

Thanks. If you fought at 8pm, how long prior to this would you eat your pasta? Meat takes 6hrs to digest properly eh?

It will work only short period of time tho (max a week)
After weigh in eat 100% carbs all day.
No to low fat.
Make sure to eat fruits only. They got all important nutrients. Vitamins,Minerals, fiber and fruit sugar which is quickly digested.
Also try to mix it into a smoothie so its even quicker and easier for your body to digest it.
Pro fighters do the same they drink fruit smoothies only after weigh in but you dont have to be that extreme if you cant or dont wanna do it, in the end you dont need to perform on world class level.

Isn't Pasta slow release energy and fruits fast release?
I love my fruit smoothies but would you get all your energy needs from this only?
