im now 200lbs dropped 20 lbs not sure how long that took and my bf is coming down too, seems quite fast, I hope so I hate waiting

Lift weights, do some cardio, and slowly take down your daily calorie in take.

There is no magic to doing this, there is no quick fix.

Fat is 3500 calories per lb. If you eat at a 500 calorie deficit per day, you'll lose 1 lb of fat a week.

Unless your obese that's about the most your going to lose per week.

If you don't care about losing muscle you can lose a bit more per week. I don't recommend that though.

You need those carbs as primal energy source for cardio exercise such as boxing.

Too much protein is causing kidney damage and is associated with some cancers and diabetes.

And fat is not a good energy source to use for your body.

Especially animal fats being associated with heart disease, cancer and diabetes.

If you want IŽll search some great studies on the internet about low carb diet/ high carb diets for athletes, but am lazy right now.

                  My advice:

Eat vast majority of macros from carbs, clean carbs though(fruits, potatos, rice, etc).

Medium to "low" protein and low fat.

Might be a little rough at first, especially if you are used to fatty diets but I does not only burn you fat quickly but stays you fueled all the time and gets you more energiezed during boxing.

Go 70% of your calories Carbs, 10-15% protein and 10-15% fat.

Above 130-150 g Protein is unhealthy for your weight(change to US system)
Some of this is false/outdated info.

There is no negative effect from eating excessive protein, and the amounts of protein needed to even come close to being dangerous aren't realistically reached by humans ever.

Carbs and the right fats are definitely needed, carbs for fuel, and the right fats for the right processes like insulin iirc, but you still want enough protein for your lean muscle mass or you could start to burn muscle and that would be counterproductive in many ways.

And if you are cutting weight or just need to cut fat, you don't want toooo many carbs as you want to maximize the burning of the lipids.

I would suggest 800+mg of phosphatidylserine to go along with any calorie restricted diet and training. When you are restricting calories and stressing your body your body's first response will be to increase cortisol production and burn muscle mass. Phosphatidylserine has been shown to significantly lower cortisol in high dosages of 800mg, Monteleone et al., 1992.

Most cortisol blocker supplements use this research to sell their products but the dosage is always well below the 800mg used in the clinical studies and the quality is also crap too.

A side benefit of sparing muscle is that if you can block cortisol production it will further accelerate fat loss because energy cannot be created or destroyed. If the body cannot get the energy from muscle it has to come from fat. Also keeping more muscle will increase you resting metabolism as well as the amount of work you can do. If you can do a metcon barbell series with 135lbs as opposed to 95lbs that is an almsot 50% increase in work.

The kidney thing comes from a misconception of creatinine. Creatinine is a marker for kidney damage. If the kidneys are damaged the body will have a harder time processing out creatinine. If creatinine levels are high its a sign of kidney damage. Many people, even many doctors, have confused the meaning of this. The mistakenly associate high creatinine with being a cause of kidney damage rather than simply a sign of kidney damage. Creatinine isn't toxic and doesn't damage your kidneys.

High protein diets result in higher creatinine because high protein diets are higher in creatine. Many confuse this with kidney damage.
