Clen does kill but its not cancer. Clen causes collagen to growth in your muscles including your heart. The heart loses its elasticity due to the collagen and you die of heart failure.

Clen is dangerous, very very dangerous, stay away. Knew a southern guy who liked to be a trend killer, died of a massive cardiac arrest in his mid 20s. Guy loved his clen.

The science you should be looking at is Dr. Christopher Gardner of Stanford who really has been leading the field. There is no one diet. Half the population responds well to an Atkins type diet, half responds well to an Ornish type diet. How you respond well is determined by the genetics you were born with. I've always responded well to a high carb low fat diet. I had the genetic test done just to prove it and sure enough I'm in that genotype.

This is the lab I did my test through. They have worked closely with Dr. Gardner on identifying which genes that determine best diet.

The thing to remember is that its counter intuitive. The foods you are best evolved to digest are actually the foods you should be avoiding. In our evolutionary history the ability to maximize calorie absorption from specific foods is an evolutionary advantage. My mutation for instance helps me digest fat efficiently. In a hunter gatherer society this is a genetic advantage when food is scarce. However, in modern society where food is plentiful this advantage can be a problem so I have to limit my fat intake.

Sorry for the late reply I was banned, I will def look into this.

There is a book about biological metoboloc genotype (proper term for it?) that I wanted to check out. Which basically talks about different types of DNA and how different foods are better for different people based on where there ancestors are from.
