Your best advise for getting rid of FAT

        Second option has a 100% success rate. Hell of a lot more fun than working out too.

            Under 40, 45mins of interval cardio daily. Over 40, 1hr of interval cardio. I cant run in the morning if my life depended on it but if you are able to, do your cardio in the morning and the fat will start coming off. Also drink a warm cup of lemon water when you wake up but wait a little while after you drink that lemon water before you work out because itll make you **** lol

              I think that anger is just in your head mate. Agreeing with someone that people overcomplicate the weight loss process is not being angry or trolling. I don't care enough about it, you or your fat to get angry about it.

              Is it the swearing that's confusing you? Sorry, that's just how I naturally speak unfortunately. Not the best vocabulary.

              Anyway, bored of this. Try the crack route, as DRD said, it's got a 100% success rate and is supposedly more fun.

                      Its going well, I enjoy eating healthy anyway, but I had a big problem with sweet food and will power but now ive solved it, today im well below my calorie limit easily and 0 will power was required, by the end of the day ill know if im gonna be a ripped hunk or not
