Go with "Garden of life " products ,they have everything from protien powders to Vitamins to super green formulas ...all there products are ground grown and not synthetic .They are more expensive but you get what you pay for .....Netrition is a web site i used to order from.

Go to your doctor and have a complete blood work done and see if you have deficentcies before you injest anything you don't need.
Vitamins often need other suppliments to activate them fooling around with suppliments is a waste of money without a knowledgeable resource guiding you. Rely on a professional when it comes to your health, use science to evaluate your needs not a commercial product that promounts "unproven"
enhancements without knowing your strengths & weaknesses.

Probably superceded now but one of the tricks my mentors told me once was ingesting largish doses of thiamine pre-fight or sparring can help with in ring strength energy and focus. Not sure the validity but it was a common practice for local South Australian champs.

There is not something like a "best Vitamin".
Your body needs a bunch/ all vitamins not just one on a high dosis.
Eat a bunch of fruits: Banans, Apples, G****s, Oranges, Mangos, Melons, Cranberries
and vegetables and you are good to go.
They have fiber and WATER for your digestion, carbs which you highly need for energy, vitamins, minerals etc.
Dont waste 20 dollars on bs vitamin supplements which are synthetic and can not be absorbed correctly by your body.
Eat Fruits and vegetables.

Agree with both posters above me. You should be getting your vitamins and minerals from food not pills.
The only supplement I'd recommend if you're in the Northern Hemisphere and dark skin is vitamin D.

I take whatever benefits me. Too many people take things without needing them and some take nothing because they're closed minded. I get tendon/joint issues and I also get drained pretty easy from sweating (living in AZ and being active outdoors). So, I take joint supps, a multi, and a mineral/electrolyte supp after exercise. This resolves issues that otherwise hold me back. If your diet is in-check and you aren't lagging in any areas, you don't need to take anything.
If I'm working out hard I might take something to enhance the workouts and keep them fun (pre-workout formula, beta alanine, etc) but it's only to keep it interesting, not becauseto I need it.
Don't get the cheapest vits possible. A lot of supps made in China aren't true to their label and there is such an epidemic of pollution and contamination in that country that it's not worth saving a couple bucks a month.
