The best all around multi-vitamin is probably Orange Triad. It gives you the max of everything your body can absorb safely (water soluble vitamins) and a safer form of fat soluble vitamins (vitamin a as beta carotene for example) so you're only taking in what you can use. In addition there are ingredients to aid with digestion and bone density as well. It's about $30 for a $45 day supply iirc.
