but a couple of things u cud do is cut down ur lunch, no yoghurts etc! add sumfin more healthier
and in da mornin do a 15 20 min run b4 breakfast! this will increase ur metabolism so u wil lose weight!
and if u drink alcohol, do a long run with a black bag on this wil get rid of excess water, but only do this da day after a night on da piss! and dnt do this regular!

Work on your skills and worry less about the weight. Of course that is only if you are eating healthy to begin with.
i dont drink soda , i only drink water or milk i gave up on all tht fizzy soda **** a while back
Milk makes you bloated...Only babies drink milk *argh*
On a serious note, Milk does make you bloated and since you are trying to drop weight I would stay away. Milk is a nightmare for fighters who need to keep an eye on their weight. If you HAVE TO HAVE IT drink skim and you will probably end up giving it up all together.
