need help losing weight plz

      and if u drink alcohol, do a long run with a black bag on this wil get rid of excess water, but only do this da day after a night on da piss! and dnt do this regular!

      i though yogurts where healty lol. i dont think i cud manage a run in the morning just now im extremly tired with work and training , i dont drink alchol but i go out running with my sweatsuit on

        Yogurts very healthy for you in most cases unless its like one of those choclate ones

        but as long as its rich with fruit etc... you should be able to tell by looking on the back

          Everybody likes to have an advantage unfortunately it doesnt always work into your favor and you have to deal with the cards that are dealt your way.

          Look for new ways to dominate.

            yeah well im sure my advantages will stick with me for a while cos im 52.5kg , 5ft8 and 16 so im quite tall for my weight , ive got a really quick jab aswell

              Work on your skills and worry less about the weight. Of course that is only if you are eating healthy to begin with.

                      Milk makes you bloated...Only babies drink milk *argh*


                      On a serious note, Milk does make you bloated and since you are trying to drop weight I would stay away. Milk is a nightmare for fighters who need to keep an eye on their weight. If you HAVE TO HAVE IT drink skim and you will probably end up giving it up all together.
