need help losing weight plz

  • need help losing weight plz

    i was 50kg when i started boxin , then i went up to about 51kg and when i got weighted in on friday night i was 52.5kg exactly , i wanna get back down to 51kg , anyone wanna help me , i dont want all this eat salad **** cos i just cant hack it , it makes me really grumpy n tht lol , i work 5 days a week as an engineer , i work 8-5 for breakfast i have muesli with milk , morning break i have pasta , a brunch bar and a bottle of water , lunch i hav a roll , flapjack , brunch bar , 2 low fat yogurts and another bottle of water.and for tea time it varies , usually pasta dishes though , when im out at night with my mates i usually drink water and eat soft mints or chewits , i try my hardest to stay of the chocolate , ive been out running the past few nights with my sweat suit on , i really want to lost weight so ur help is very much appreiciated

      boy do u eat alot for lunch. im telling u this as i type with 1 hand with my 5th tacobell taco supreme in my hand stuffing my face

        dude its only 1.5kg(3lbs).

        just take a dump ore skip to sald some days before weigh, also your both pretty young and new to boxing so gaining weight is natural.

          muesli with milk-You could do without this...What kind of milk?
          Pasta-What kind and is it enriched or whole grain/wheat?
          Brunch Bar-Sounds like you could do without
          2 yogurts-Sugar converts to fat
          Pasta-Once again


          Stick to water, whole grain wheat breads and pasta, lean white meats (turkey/chicken/fish) egg whites, fruits and vegetables you should be set. Sounds bland but hey what you going to do?

          You dont have to eat like a rabbit to drop the weight. Why not try mixing some chicken breast cut up and put into a salad?

          Also moderation is the key.

            kid is 16 and skinny(ive have a film off one off hsi fights, he is probabaly just filling out).

              ders a reason ur puttin on dat weight and its cos ur growin! at ur age u shudnt b to woried especialy if ur lean!

              but a couple of things u cud do is cut down ur lunch, no yoghurts etc! add sumfin more healthier

              and in da mornin do a 15 20 min run b4 breakfast! this will increase ur metabolism so u wil lose weight!

              and if u drink alcohol, do a long run with a black bag on this wil get rid of excess water, but only do this da day after a night on da piss! and dnt do this regular!

                for a 16/17 year old your very light.

                  i suggest you go to gym classes and forget eating foods rich in carbo.

                    You are eating a lot of calories. You will have to cut back on carbs and fats. If you are grumpy, so what?
