i was 50kg when i started boxin , then i went up to about 51kg and when i got weighted in on friday night i was 52.5kg exactly , i wanna get back down to 51kg , anyone wanna help me , i dont want all this eat salad **** cos i just cant hack it , it makes me really grumpy n tht lol , i work 5 days a week as an engineer , i work 8-5 for breakfast i have muesli with milk , morning break i have pasta , a brunch bar and a bottle of water , lunch i hav a roll , flapjack , brunch bar , 2 low fat yogurts and another bottle of water.and for tea time it varies , usually pasta dishes though , when im out at night with my mates i usually drink water and eat soft mints or chewits , i try my hardest to stay of the chocolate , ive been out running the past few nights with my sweat suit on , i really want to lost weight so ur help is very much appreiciated
