Anyhow I can tolerate that kind of mindless insult but your post is particularly pathetic because it's straightforward nutbaggery your argument since I have not posted in the History section since October last year.
Therefore if Ray is responding to heckling there then he holds a grudge better than any dementia patient I work with LOL

And no I was not a boxing trainer of boxers.
I was an assistant coach (for youth)
I am a qualified personal trainer with boxing specialisation.
And a health professional of undisclosed disciplines for this purpose.
I freely acknowledge my ability to coach a fighter (and obviously to personally box) at high level to be less than a professional in the field.
But in the fields of boxing analysis, statistical theory applied to boxing and some technical areas of boxing, training and sports science to be somewhat beyond the scope of the nutbag posters on a boxing forum.
^ Consider that.
^ I also feel that Ray is demonstatably NOT "exactly" what he claims to be!
He has lied and forgotten his own lies, I am convinced he;s somewhat full of ****!
I don't doubt he was a trainier and has some knowledge, even knowledge that I do not but it is misapplied!
He assumes knowledge of things he knows NOTHING about in light of things he DOES know about!
I think that Ray knows how to coach a young fighter technically better than I can but I think that Ray, being a dinosaur in the theory department will impart anb inbuilt "bumness" into his fighters, ultimately leading to failure at high level.

If you arent trolling then you seriously need some professional help.
Its not healthy to go through a forum looking for another man's posts everyday of your life.

What your basically saying IS THAT you are a fellow nutbag.
You are a fellow nutbag that sees a tit for tat argument and sees more reason in a religious faith based argument rather than one based on a realistic fact based one.
Fair enough!
All the best to ya!

98% of the stuff that you read in here is simply regurgitated bull**** anyway written by those with little to no real experience or knowledge. Ray's good with me, he gives valid advice to the forum from proper work that he has put in through his years. True knowledge does not come from simply repeating what the know-nothin' parrot next to you just said nor does it come from watching fights on TV, it comes from years of being involved with the sport.
2 golden rules when dealing with young kids: 1)Keep them off of the heavy bags and 2)work them in short sprint types of work rather than long enduring type of work.
Ray could probably tell me why these 2 golden rules for kids exist, I doubt any one else here could..... Rockin'Last edited by Rockin'; 07-03-2015, 09:02 AM.

This is exactly what I am talking about!
In the years I have read Ray's posts you will find NOTHING other than very BASIC knowledge that YES, 80% of the forum would find stimulating, but that's because the forum is by DEFINITION a boxing forum, hence MOSTLY ******s!
The difference being that Ray PLAYS on most readers being dumb and hence swallowing his garbage...
Whereas my philospophy is trying to raise the intelligence level so that no such garbage is necessary.

They are 2 older guys who have actually spent time a lot of time in the fight game and when the training section was more active they used to always give out great advice.
Yes they look at boxing from an old school perspective but I seriously doubt that you have the experience in the fight game or watched as many fights as Ray has.
If you actually listened to what he said you might learn a thing or two, im not saying that you have to agree with him all the time but you seem to argue just for the sake of it.
Do you actually believe that all the modern boxers are so much better then the guys 20+ years ago?
