          Download the app MyFitnessPal. You put in your info (height, weight, goal, type of lifestyle) and it will tell you how many calories you need to consume in order to lose/maintain.

          I have lost 30+ with it, no exercise. A lot of hungry rage nights though.

                Look at some calorie counting calculators, for a woman my age I'm pretty much on the mark to maintain if you're doing moderate exercise.
