    Thanks for the tip. I think I'll try that one. I read a few articles from rossboxing and it looks like a very informative site, but I'll check it out in more detail.

      Special Olympics Glory doesn't quit does he. Real good one there "yo momma jokes" as original as boyfriend jokes. Lame. Some people come on thinking they're Eddie Murphy around 1982. I guess I am having a boring day when I waste time posting with losers like that.

          I actually did try the pushups yesterday, and they seem to be very good, as do all of the exercises on that site, for over-all body fitness. However, they do not have sport-specific applications, since they are performed so slowly. They may help break dancing, but I don't see their relevance to boxing

                because it's more commonly known as hindu push up...

                  Yeah, that site is the only one I know of that refers to it as a Tiger Pushup. Everywhere else it's a Hindu Pushup. But the bronzebow site is the one which gives the best demonstration of the move.
