play oops I did it again by Britney spears as you practice your foot work drills, wear LED trainers to get the disco experience
Also play Jab tag sparring, where one guy is it and the other guy has to avoid getting called it/ being jabbed, if he is jabbed he then has to get the other guy

A fun noob footwork drill/warmup is to pair people off and tell them they score a point for touching either one of their opponent's shoulders. Gloves off and they're throwing open hands rather than fists, but tell them to otherwise use proper form. Encourage them to feint, pivot and create angles. Punish the losers with squats/push ups.

Get two guys to stand facing each other and one has to move sideways left or right and try and lose the other guy, the other guy has to shadow him.

Not sure anyone can help me with this but my last time sparring I hurt my elbow throwing my jab, I think I overextended a few times trying to catch this guy who was longer than me, I had to reach a little to catch him. Is there any drill that could help me keep my jab nice and compact? I shadowbox but I generally don't punch with the same energy when shadowboxing when compared to sparring. I might just throw my jab several times to practice after my elbow heals, but if anybody has a better idea it would be appreciated.
