Running is best exercise that burns calories and fat quickly. Running increases stamina and power so its a good workout that everyone should do. I am also a good runner and like to do running daily.

Try to bicycle, its more hard and more effective. Another fact running too much not good for your knees, may cause injury. If you pay attention people lives problems on their knees who standing so much in a day (work,school,etc) For example soccer players(meniscus ...etc)
