Here's what I ate yesterday.
Breakfast: bowl of oatmeal with raisins, goji berries, almonds, sunflower seeds and banana mixed in. Drank half liter of water.
Lunch: apple with peanut butter, bowl of pan fried chicken breast, steamed spinach, brown rice. Half liter of water.
Post workout: Whey protein shake, banana, half liter of water.
Dinner: 3 eggs scrambled with pan fried kale and broccoli, side of sweet potato, half liter of water.
