    Your diet looks pretty good to me, Larry, not that I'm an expert.

    This is what my diet typically looks like. Not perfect but it keeps me pretty full and is pretty clean. Usually ends up being around 1800 calories. I'm cutting right now trying to lean out a bit. I gained 3 or 4 from being injured most of the summer from running. I'm not really into getting jacked like some of you guys but I'm a pretty serious runner. I'll take any suggestions. I was thinking of adding 2 eggs instead of the 2 cups of cereal for my PM snack and should probably be ditching the granola bars too.

    7:30 AM: Granola bar on the way to work
    10:00 AM: 3/4 cup of oatmeal with brown sugar
    1:00 PM: Grilled chicken breast and carrots
    2:30 PM: 1 granny smith apple
    5:45 PM: Workout
    6:30 PM: 2 grilled chicken breasts, broccoli, carrots, spinach
    8:00 PM: 2 cups of dry cereal and 2 granola bars

            today i woke up with 3 eggs and a protein shake at 5:00 am..due to work i was unable to eat again until 10 when i ate yogurt and peanuts at my other job...followed by a workout at 2 pm...then i got home took creatin and another protein shake and some chicken thighs and legs...dinner was more chicken, spinach,carrots and potatoes...another protein shake will be taken before bed with some hard boiled eggs...need more calories in my day
            So you eat what, 6 eggs a day. That is too many.

              Breakfast,
              Oats with dried fruits, milk. Table spoon fish oil, glass of homemade apple extract.

              Lunch,
              Black bread, hard boiled egg, some organic veggies along. Water.

              Dinner,
              Hungarian gullasch, mashed potato. German beer.

                    Larry, 6 eggs in a day is NOT too much. That's nonsense. Especially for your goals.

                    Hell, sometimes I'll eat 6 eggs in a single meal (5 egg whites and 1 whole). And I'll have oats with it.
