Simply rolling a right hand is not comparable to walking into a wall. Who walks into walls anyway, you must be from England.

Here is a comment left in my karma section with some good karma

"yes im tired of idiots flaming every person who attempts the shoulder roll... how the **** do u learn if u dont try/not allowed to try>_>!!"

truer words have never been spoken.

Keep trying kid. Sharpen those eyes and get that timing down.

If at first you don't succeed, be like Spray Resistant and quit trying. LMAO at the ...........

I don't want to sound like a **** by saying more than just "cong****" and "keep it up" ,but I really just came in here thinking " I hope this guy didn't just make a thread because he rolled ONE punch... and you basically did.....

Keep it up, I love seeing people passionate about boxing, but please, one rolled punch? good job but I hope you don't expect anyone to be impressed, lol.

To be rolling and countering on someone consistently and effectively you would need to be considerably faster than your opponent. If this is the case why not just land punches and get out of the way of their's making them hit nothing but air?

Seems dumb even lazy to give them a chance to catch you if they couldn't when you are fighting smarter, or is the point of shoulder rolling to look cool and not winning the fight?

Lol! It's more so about having sharp eyes, timing and having the balls to even try it.

Go back to the playground with your rhetoric/empty talk.

There are more ways than just 1 to use the roll, it's only lazy if you fight with it lazy.

Back to the playground for you...........

Spray gave out some ****ty info and I called him on it. This fool been following me around trying to do........ whatever it is that he does, so I gave him some back.

not everyone wants to become a pro and I can appreciate that.

If you want to read false information when looking for tips, than that's your thing man. Let's just say that I do not recommend coming to Spray for help with the roll.YO
