Essentially, this is a good way of looking at food - as a fuel.
Yes, I have a scale already. I measure all my foods. I decided to keep only 150 g. of fruit at night, since I get way too hungry after workouts and my body is asking for carbs. So, I am taking the fruit and a cup of hot water with hibiscus. Weight today was good, and back on track. 171 lb. today, goal is 170 lb. for Saturday. I am sure I weigh a bit less, but its hard to regulate what comes out, and there is no set routine for this. All I know is I am ****ing tired after my workouts.

Fuck pre-workouts, a cup of coffee will suffice if needs must.

Your body isn't asking for carbs, it's asking for sugar. The Western diet is heavy in this and as a result, we develop a sort of dependency for it. Sounds ludicrous but trying going a few days without eating any and tell me how irritable you become.

Either way man, less is best when it comes to that shit.

One dose contains 300mg of caffeine, equivalent to 3 cups of coffee so don't take it for a late night gym session because you'll never fall asleep after

surprisingly, i find the caffeine to be one of the biggest perks of a pre workout formula. i don't drink coffee, soda, etc, so i get a MASSIVE increase in focus and energy. all i want to do is lift weights and pace around the gym

no joke, i will take my preworkout @ approx 6:30 AM, and i'll have trouble falling asleep later that night. after a week or so, i develop enough of a caffeine tolerance that this isn't an issue.

            shirtless pic, please.

pre workout formulas have a hell of a lot more in them than caffeine. the important stuff in my pre workout is creatine. you will be stronger with creatine than without. it also aids in recovery. you can train longer without getting sore.

Alright, well, all I can say is that during and after my workouts I am craving a freaking ice cold lemon lime Gatorade. Then, I go to my refrigerator and I see a bottle of pineapple juice and I am very tempted to drink. I am hoping its just that my body is dehydrated and all I need is to take in some water to reduce these cravings.

Metabolism is genetic, so is fattiness to an extend. Eat as much as you can in the morning and burn it during the day. Eat healthy of course. The only supplement I take is Red Oil (omega 3 fish oil, the best on the market). Do not eat before bedtime. Drink lots of mineral water in general.

Fruit juice isn't great either, a glass might contain 3 or 4 of the fruit. You're doing the right thing by eating fruit (as opposed to other forms), it provides good satiety and counteracts the sugar in it with the fibre and vitamins it offers.

Just watch out on the processed foods.

I go for this pre workout BadBoy:

                      1 yerba maté tea bag
                      1 green tea tea bag
                      2 cups water (for steeping)
                      3 large Medjool dates
                      1 tbsp coconut oil
                      1 tbsp hemp protein
                      1 tbsp ground salba
1 tbsp sprouted buckwheat (or substitute cooked. I often also use ground oats)
                      Juice from ½ lemon
                      Juice from ¼ lime
                      ½ tsp lemon zest

But lets face it, it seems like a lot of bother if you're not used to making your own.
Get on the yerba matte & green tea combo though. That **** has you focussing like a m*ther****er!
