You're going to really have to pick up the pace of your work Kid, I figure that you're only throwing about 200+ punches a round. Or 1.1 punches per second. What, was it your work easy day or something?

I have seen less bull****ters on fishing forums than on here or other martial arts forums.
Not a water break during an hour of work out ?Ok . But then a question arises - whats good in that ? Do you like wanna die young or what ? I thought training is to make your body better not **** it up but oh well its just me
.
If you are pro alot of weird stuff is ok but if not you will just suck in bed and thats all that you gonna achieve.
People read or listen to some roid ****sucker training programs plus their bull**** on top and then try it . Its all garbage and has nothing to do with health or achievements in highly technical sports . Its all about roids .
Overtraining is worse than not training at all .

Usually punch on average 2.5punches per second when working on the bag. In the ring is different, I don't know why but if I were to count the amount of punches I throw per round, it would be about 120 punches. Always timing and making sure I don't waste any stamina or useless punches.
I don't like getting punched so I always dodge while punching and the best defence is unstoppable offence.
Either way, this place is just a forum. Come visit Montreal and I'll come visit any gym you'd be training in and I'll show you something to talk about

And you're not the only one in disbelief, some people in my gym think I'm on some sort of drugs but I don't need to prove myself to anyone. They can just ask me to get a drug test and it won't turn out positive.

I've never seen world class fighters train, I'm sure that I would be amazed at your skill level.
The fight fell through because I heard that I could get punched. Not only punched but punched in the face. I said that's crazy man, to fight some guy in the ring. No money or trophy would be worth going through that.
Good luck to a true warrior.

And it reoccurred a lot of times that I decided not to fight for awhile.
But wtv, that was a several years ago and it hasn't been reopened since 4 years now. However, whenever I get punched on the eye, it gets hurt really easily still.
