You're going to really have to pick up the pace of your work Kid, I figure that you're only throwing about 200+ punches a round. Or 1.1 punches per second. What, was it your work easy day or something?

I have seen less bull****ters on fishing forums than on here or other martial arts forums .

Not a water break during an hour of work out ? Ok . But then a question arises - whats good in that ? Do you like wanna die young or what ? I thought training is to make your body better not **** it up but oh well its just me .

If you are pro alot of weird stuff is ok but if not you will just suck in bed and thats all that you gonna achieve .

People read or listen to some roid ****sucker training programs plus their bull**** on top and then try it . Its all garbage and has nothing to do with health or achievements in highly technical sports . Its all about roids .

Overtraining is worse than not training at all .

          ?

Usually punch on average 2.5punches per second when working on the bag. In the ring is different, I don't know why but if I were to count the amount of punches I throw per round, it would be about 120 punches. Always timing and making sure I don't waste any stamina or useless punches.

I don't like getting punched so I always dodge while punching and the best defence is unstoppable offence.

Either way, this place is just a forum. Come visit Montreal and I'll come visit any gym you'd be training in and I'll show you something to talk about

Think what you want. Honestly I have enough stamina afterwards to run a bit and I drink a **** lot of water after a session on the bag. It's about mind over matter so thinking with your stomach while training is a distraction. Afterall you need to have proper diet before attempting **** the way I do. So no, my health is not at risk. And you're not the only one in disbelief, some people in my gym think I'm on some sort of drugs but I don't need to prove myself to anyone. They can just ask me to get a drug test and it won't turn out positive.

Montreal, I had a fight lined up against Gaeton Hart at the Forum out there. It fell out though.

I've never seen world class fighters train, I'm sure that I would be amazed at your skill level.

The fight fell through because I heard that I could get punched. Not only punched but punched in the face. I said that's crazy man, to fight some guy in the ring. No money or trophy would be worth going through that.

Good luck to a true warrior.

It's dangerous for me to turn pro.. I received an injury on my left eye's cornea and never healed properly. So even if someone gives me a light jab, the severe cut on my left eye cornea would easily reopen and I'd get temporarily blinded for a week and sensitive to light. Sucks but that's the way it turned out for me. Otherwise everyone was expecting me to become pro.

And it reoccurred a lot of times that I decided not to fight for awhile.

But wtv, that was a several years ago and it hasn't been reopened since 4 years now. However, whenever I get punched on the eye, it gets hurt really easily still.
