    Tryong to increase my neck size

    Any tips or exercises that will do this guys? is it a case of buying a head harness?

    lie down.
    plant both feet.
    lift ur body up with ur head and feet touching floor only.
    now wiggle around in a controlled motion.
    and scream yolo

      Shoulder shurgs & power cleans in a gym that also has one of these or similar type 4 way neck machines. It's not going to happen fast so stick to it.

        Damn I didn't know they made machines that big just to be able to train the neck.

            A neck harness is the best way. It works for Mayweather.

                    are you fighting?


                    if not, and you don't need to make weight, you want to get a bigger everything else. your neck will follow suit. you can't properly build parts of your body without proportion.

                    squats, cleans, bench press etc.

                    the most important change in your lifestyle would be eating more.
