      if not, and you don't need to make weight, you want to get a bigger everything else. your neck will follow suit. you can't properly build parts of your body without proportion.

      squats, cleans, bench press etc.

      the most important change in your lifestyle would be eating more.

        Can't do it unless you put on a ton of weight, my neck always gets bigger when I do but have a hard time building a thick meaty calf. Some people have more of a genetic disposition to things like that than others.
