I use to post here a lot more but kind of forgot about this place. Anyway, I've been using ZMA for over a year now. I'm highly against most supplements, and think there worthless, I've also worked in the supplement biz so I've seen how bs most of it is, and have been in and out of weight and boxing gyms for a long time now.
For you guys and girls who train hard though I'm highly recommending buying some ZMA. It's basic zinc and magnesium. Its not some crazy lab made chemical. You can even make it at home.
The benefit of it is that it helps you get a deeper sleep. The reason this is important is your testosterone generates in the last 3 hours you sleep. Deeper sleep, more test, stronger muscles, quicker healing time, and feel amazing when you wake up.
I don't gain anything by telling you guys this, it's just something I wish I had known about earlier so I figured I'd drop you guys a hint.
