rest and study film for now...my bro who i train with had a bruised rib and it took him a couple weeks to heal but the last thing you want to do is aggravate it

you gotta keep that jab on him and not just paw with it and since he had a gut you should have sent that left straight to the middle of his stomach from the opening bell im sure he would have been gassed...and another thing look at your feet you should have kept your front foot on the outside of his for control. I didnt watch it all but when you did back him up he didnt know what to do and this is all coming from an amateur with no fights yet...CANT WAIT

The guy had too much weight on you. Sometimes it does not matter if you are so much better than the bigger guy because all he needs to do is land anywhere on you and you will feel it and the power will shake you and and move you to the point where you will be out of position to do anything offensively.
I spar bigger guys all the time and some guys I can take but there's a point where the weight difference becomes too much to handle. Usually happens against a guy that knows what his doing along with the weight.Last edited by TRTboy; 03-21-2014, 12:28 AM.
