yea you shouldnt FEEL although you want more fruit than 4 or 5 pieces, but its acctualy proven you can eat about 7 or 8 a day, but this will make you ill somehow if your not used to it.
i eat a least 1 apple 1 orange 1 banana and 1 pear a day, some times 2 bananas bc they have a great energy source!Comment

try to find organic fruit, its better for you and "supposedly" taste better, i have trouble finding it because i'm in the US and everythings tampered with, you'll find organic fruit such as apples are going to be smaller because the non organic have some sort of chemical fertilizer that makes them bigger

No fruit juice
High in calories, low in fiber. Likewise, avoid dry fruit, because it's too easy to overeat. Fruit generally is high in calories, so you'll have to watch your weight. Apples, especially, have a lot of calories for their size. Watermelon also. Avocados actually have a lot of fat. Bananas are high in potassium, which you need if you sweat very much, so they are a good bet. Personally, I just take a multivitamin with minerals and eat cereal for fiber. I don't like fruit.Comment
