I think i can lose the weight but don't know how to eat at all and what times to eat and what to eat... I'll be running everyday until the fight and have 4 heavy sessions left... Thanks in advance

I doubt you are at 8% bodyfat. How much left do you have to lose? Also what is your diet like currently?

I only have to lose 1.5 kilos the weight limit is 61.0. Ive been at 62.5 for two weeks and not losing anything at all. I've been 61.5 before but not for a year.

take it easy on the carbs, eat earlier in the day, if all else fails , cut a toe off

                do the water thing

                1st day drink 2 gallons
                2nd day 1 gallon
                3rd day half a gallon
                4th day
                only 1 quart
                5thday not even a drop

youll keep pissing and lose like 10lbs in 2-3 days

thanks everyone for your help. Had my second fight last night and won it off powerpunching it was my first time doing the 3 rounds so good experience for me! Was so tired but it's a learning curve!

Eat lean meat and vegetables only. Stay away from carbs & fats; only consume good fats like canola oil, olive oil, etc.

Make your meals last longer; instead of downing the plate in 10 mins, chew your food thoroughly and eat at a casual pace to make it last about 30 mins or more; this helps you curve hunger and prevents over indulging.

Also, watch your sodium intake; don't want to be retaining any unnecessary water.
