Hey guys, I've been boxing for a few months and I love it. I'm 21 years old and I'm at a point in my life where I can train as much as I want, so I want to take my training to the next level, and be the best boxer I can be, and be able to compete in the amateurs as soon as possible.
The problem is, there are so many different sources and people with different training philosophies on the internet, I would appreciate it if some of you experienced guys would help me out here.
I need to know how, and how much I should train. For example, how much should I do roadwork (how much long distance and how much HIIT)?, how should I train my core and how much? How, and how much should I build strength and power? How can I get the most out of my bag training.. you know where I'm going with this, I would appreciate as detailed tips as possible
Thx.
