For now about 8 days, I wrote that it's the National championship, weigh-in I think will be about 10-12 morning, the championship starts about 16:00. Now I can't really tell you, it's about 9%-11%

First thing you should do is try to take your body fat percentage down. Around 6-7%. I like to have my fighters around that % a week before the fight. Itīs a little late, but not all is loss. Cut on sugar. No sugar for you. Carbohydrates only after training. Eat mainly lean meat and vegiess. Forget about fruit juices and sodas. One piece of fruit a day. You can drink all the water you want till 12 hours before weigh-in. It is also a good idea to take some natural fiber the day before to help empty your bowels. You could use sodium load six days before the weigh-in. But I wouldn't recommend if you never done it before. This is no time for experiments.
The night before the weigh in you should be at the most 1kg over your target weight. If you are not you would have to go for the sauna or some other method to make you sweat. If you are going to take a sauna do it two three hours before weight in. The less time you are dehydrated the better.
After weight ins. Time to re-hydrate. Use some ORS such as pedialyte. Once you are rehydrated. On average 90 min you can star eating small meals every 20 min (carbs+proteins).
Next time you should plan your weigh cut in advance. There are many things that could be done, but you need to experience them when there is no fight coming.
