  • Tips for weight loss...

Hey, guys and gals, after 10 days there's the most important contest for me, The national championship. I need all the tips to lose weight to get in 60kg category, now I weight at 63kg. If I can't make the weight all my training and preparation will go to nothing... So to sum up, all advice is acceptable about training, nutrition, diets and other stuff so I could lose weight.

What is you're exact diet right now.... Are you running and whatnot?
Do you drink energy drinks, pop, alcohol, fast food?
List kinda put you're daily gym and diet routine and i know people will be able to help you a lot better from there.

Drink a a lot of water i mean 1 gallon to 2 gallons a day through out the day.. it will help. good luck and i will probably will jump on here later and throw out some advice if someone doesn't cover it.

Do lots of sprints, eat lots of vegetables for lunch and dinner and only eat lean meat sometimes like fish or turkey and drink lots of water.

For breakfast: I eat yogurt with boiled eggs/oat meal, for lunch: chicken breasts with salad, dinner: also something light to eat like salad but sometimes I can't help my self and I eat one chicken breast
About nutrition: Breakfast: Vitamins and Minerals, lunch: Magnesium + B6, before and after my workout Amino BCAA.
I was running before a week for about 2 weeks with sprints, I quited because my training changed. I don't drink or eat anything you mentioned. I don't know each days daily routine, my trainer trains me. I am training at a sports school. I started to drink less water because it goes to muscles and it's harder to box, plus it put's more weight, I'm trying to get shredded. I will be waiting for all your advice

You presumably had to make weight for whatever competition qualified you for nationals. What did you do then?

Be careful about weight-draining by simply sweating out water weight, because at nationals (at least in the U.S.) you have to weigh in every day and that will leave you less and less strong as the tournament goes on.

I had less muscle mass and I weighted less, as we grow our body changes, we all know that I know, everywhere where is the National championships has to be everyday weigh in.
