Dude we're boxers we're not doctors....And you're only saying you're muscles are dead tired after 10 mins...At what intensity? Do you warm up? Any past injuries? Etc... Instead of calling me and everybody in this forum a mother****er, get your ass up and go see a specialist...there's probably a kinesiologist at your gym or something like that.

Wtf is the doctor gonna do my power is fine it only happens to me with boxing .
When i am puching the bag for like 15 minutes then my muscle get tired en all my power dissapears my speed is gone too.
I never have this problem with weightlifting so it has to be something with punch endurance i dont know or cardio i will figure this sht out by my self.

You just answered by yourself...throw more punches and work on that endurence...fatigue makes cowards of us all.

If it's unusual fatigue, THEN it's time to see a specialist. Since you can't find the problem on yourself, and think a doctor or specialist is useless you expect the internet forums to find it for you?

GL on your problem and keep working hard.

Another lousy kid who thinks he's entitled to something and is quick to throw a fit about it. No one in the world owes you anything and certainly not advice. Ask nicely and be patient and you might get somewhere in life, because acting like this is a pretty good way to get nothing.
