        naw im going to try to go to welterweight or junior welterweight seems like cheating
        lol
        and welterweight is one of the best divisions to be at the moment. The competiton is really intense. I'd love to be a welterweight, but in order for me to achieve that I'd have to lose all fat and muscle and possible cut a few limbs off as well. If I'm still alive after that, I could compete at welter! lol

          haahah. i have to lose muscle to make jr. welterweight and i dont know how to lose muscle

            was it you who mentioned that you gain muscle without weights and without eating protien? If thats what happens then you are going to really struggle to drop weight.

              if you really want to help with strength on a bag try using the kind of bag i use at the gym i go to, 150 lbs, and yea they're all solid at the bottom cause the filling always sinks to the bottom


              hurts your knuckles at first but you get used to it

                  i love hitting at the bottom it makes me feel like i accomplished something when i dent the bag in all sorts of ways
