i love hitting at the bottom it makes me feel like i accomplished something when i dent the bag in all sorts of ways

if it dents than its not filled enough and or with the rite material make sure its filled to the wieght limit with something hard like sand

about 80 to 85lbs. but the crazy thing is i only punched with my left and i usually fight square or convert but usually orthodox
