I do some high intensity workouts, but don't care for crossfit and their philosophy. Sacrificing form and technique all for the sake of doing a rep a little quicker is hot garbage IMO. And kipping....Trolololol
But yes, your performance will increase with high intensity workouts, and workouts that include explosive exercises like clean and jerks. Just....stay away from 'crossfit' imo

A lot of people like to put down CrossFit but the guys and girls that work out at those facilities are usually very fit looking.

2. On top of all that, high intensity anything will get you 'fit' looking. Its just about burning calories, which high intensity routines are all about.
