  • Building explosive strength

So guys, does anyone uses any training programs for building explosive strength/power (especially for upper body)? If yes, would you like to share any? Or does anyone has some spare time and would make one?

      Heavy weights imo.

Deadlifts, squats, clean and jerks, OHP, then other things like sprints, weighted jump squats.

Clean and Jerks, and push ups modified to push yourself off the ground with an explosive thrust.

Yes, hit the bag, shadow box etc. make the motion of the punches more natural and you'll throw it faster, harder etc. Weights and all that don't do much.
