3x50? ok, i wasn't sure, cool..so that will help with the muscle buil-up in the chest, along with diet ( i'm currently on a protein-based diet)

You need a diet full of carbs and protien to build muscle, if you are on the atkins diet it is impossible to gain any muscle.

ok, so clap pushups- that's just clapping your hands after you have pushed yourself up, right?
and inclined pushups- pushups on an inclined plane, i guess?
plus, about how many should i do...like 2x15, every other day?

different pushupps and dipps are good for the pecs.

but if you want to gain muscle, you should lift heavy and eat like crazy.

you said yoru 6'0 and always 150.. do you find it hard to build muscle??
If so you might have a prob..
I've read about various body types and what you said comes to mind..

Tall/skinny has a hard time keeping weight on, are your bones brital??
You may be one of those peeps that no matter how hard you work, the results will be minimal.. If thats the case, I don't suggest you box.. ?Usually the reason for this is that your frame is small and the added weight causes too much stress on joints..
though you are only 17 and your just starting.. Give it a shot and if you feel your joints (shoulders, knees and back) are getting weeker or cracking i suggest you consult a doc for pro advise..

actually, i've heard that ectomorph thing before, and i have begun eatin like crazy, i'm now at 5 meals a day, and when i meant a protein diet, i meant, i no longer eat like fast food, junk food, but instead i've acutally begun eatin grilled chicken, salads, seafood, potatoes, etc--that's what i meant for protien-based diet ( more food, with more protein)

and , no, i don't have brittle bones, and no they are'nt weak, although, i would say I am a bony person...

yeh, for push-ups, right now, ( i just began like 3 weeks ago) i do 7 push-ups, pyramid routine
                ( u know, you do 1, rest 10 secs, do 2, rest 10 secs, do 3 rest, do 4, do 5, do6 ,do 7, then do 7, do 6, do 5, etc)
then i do diamond push-ups unitl failure...i can usually only do up to 15

any other push-ups i should know about? ( i didn't think push-ups would work the chest?)

Ectomorph Schmectomorph. Thomas Hearns was one of them. Im definitely Meso, but I know a couple of good fighters who are of Endo or Ecto morphs.

supaduck, u cant be meso, ur 5ft 11 and 150lbs.
Second of all, being an ecto, meso endo has nothin to do with boxing ability, absolutely nuthing. thomas hearns was a full on ecto and look at him. and no1 is fully ecto, meso or endo. your only more of one thing then the other. a person could have the frame of a ecto and the muscle mass of a meso and the fat of a endo, its all mixed up. an extreme body type is a weird thing to see. an extreme ecto wud be very lanky with practically no muscle. and extreme meso would be a wide, thick guy with large amount of muscle mass, and an extreme endo would be a very fat guy
