I sparred a female that held a title, it was like sparring with a porcelean doll with limited skills. I'd just bump her up on the forehead of her head gear lightly or stick a jab in her belly. Compared to who I was used to fghting with it was like playing with an absolute beginner, like taking candy from a baby.

Through time woman have really grown as fighters with a few of them displaying good skills. But I believe that a man should never fight a woman in a sanctioned bout, ever. Men are much more advanced atheleticly and are in general just too strong for females of the same weight. Also, I believe that a mans body is just naturally better equipped to handle the damage incurred inside of a boxing ring.

If you spar a girl and show your ass in beating her up than you are a cowardly person. If she kicks your ass than you might want to look into the pursuit of a sport like golf rather than boxing........ Rockin'

what, you think that women are on even grounds with a man in a ring? let me tell you that women are not even close. it's not sexist, it's plain reality. men are far superior to women in the prize ring p4p........... Rockin'

Although there are definitely girls who are skilled enough to kick an experienced guys ass and not have it be in any way embarassing, I agree with you lol well said

In my mid teens there were a few women at the Muay Thai gym I used to train at. One in particular was a buxom milf and would delight in getting you in a clinch and pulling your face into her breasts whilst giggling. . . That was good fun for a young lad.

In my mid twenties I did a bit of MMA, but it was very middleclass and pedestrian. What they were doing was more like dance choreography. Anyway, there was a girl there who was 19, bags of attitude and a determination to prove that she was equal to any man in there.

There was also quite a few married men in their thirties that obviously didn't get out much and would indulge her misplaced belief by rolling around the floor with her, puffing and panting, acting like she was giving them a hard time. It was pretty pathetic.

I felt it was dangerous as well, 'cause she had the kind of personality that if she was on a night out and a man did or said something that she didn't like she'd be likely to crack him thinking that she could handle herself.

I only sparred with her twice. I approached it like this. "By accident of birth you're never gonna be as strong or durable as me, but there's no reason why you can't become as technically proficient." I turned it into a purely technical excercise. I blocked, parried and countered every thing she tried. She reverted to kicks to the b*ll*cks. I blocked those as well. She wouldn't come near me after that.
I need to let her clnch me

                many times..

no different from sparring a man, ppl say they cant bring themselves to hurt a woman and neither could i. but you arent trying to hurt ppl in sparring regardless so whats the difference?

i sparred female begginners on several occassions, again its just lie sparring any other beginner. throw soft punches at them and help them work on their D, take little breaks and let them work their combinations trying to find openings and give them instructions as you go along.

sparring active female competitors is different, some of them can really fight. never really did hard sparring with a female, had a few go after me hard but being 6'4 i just kept them at the end of the stick (no pun intended) and moved around.

i remember sparring this one girl who was a complete beginner. let me tell you, 99% of her ****ing punches were below the belt. not by a small margin either, if she missed my balls it wasnt by punching too high it was by punching too low. the ***** hit me on the knee like three times, Think about that for a second and just how low you have to punch to hit someone on the ****ing knee. and again im 6'4, the distance between my knee and my beltline isnt tiny.

i kept telling her to keep her punches up, she would just look at me and go Golota on me every damn time. eventually i hit her with a solid bodyshot, not a real hard one but hard enough she would get the message. only time i ever had to do that with a woman, generally novice women are much easier to work with then men.

plenty of guys are too ****** to realize you are holding back against them, or to do what they are supposed to in general and just box. they go out there trying to hurt you without a clue of how to do it and eventually you have to put them in check, only ever happened that one time with a woman though.
