Best ab exercise

    I don't know how you guys can get by eating only 1,500 calories a day, seems harsh to me. I weigh 140 pounds and roughly consume 2,500 - 3,000 calories a day. Guess everybody's different.

          Yeah Im somewhat agreeable... I think anything over 150 is overkill.

          It should be based on lean mass not total bodyweight.

              That equipment you're using is for developing core strength and not so much for building abs. If you want to target the entire abdomen I recommend hanging leg raises and twisting leg raises, try 3 sets, 12-15 reps for the first two sets and last set until failure. Once you're capable of doing 20 reps add some weight to your ankles.

                You can also ask a training partner to hit you with body shots until you get sore.

                  Hanging leg raises on the bar seem to be a great exercise for targeting the abs. I don't do them myself but I've seen several dudes get good results from that type of workout.

                    You should discontinue your current ab routine and switch over to it immediately. It will change your life.

                      You'll notice a huge difference in core strength and most importantly upper body movement.
