I work on a split like this
Chest/Tris - Mon.
Bi's - Tues.
Legs - Wed.
Back - Thur
Shoulders - Fri
Note, I work out my forearms and abs every other day.
After about a month or so on any given split, I'll flip it around and completely redo it, it always keeps your body, and muscles guessin, plus it helps keep the workouts interesting.Comment

There is no way to tell when you should see results, but smart money says within the first couple of weeks, you will be able to tell some difference.Comment

Cool. I should make a start. By the time I finish my MA, I want well defined pecks. That would give me about 20 months from now.Comment

Yeah?
That'd be superb. I dont have too much chest fat, I'm not defined obviously that's the issue.
You could PM it to me? Or email?Comment

Nah, I dont intend to box, maybe follow the work out routine to some extent. I just want a decent set of pecs, and from there maybe develop abs. Just want to tone up pretty much.Comment
