      Conditioning wise...skipping rope will make you feel lighter on your fight. Running to some extent too I think.

      In terms of technique, shadowboxing. Maybe take some dance lessons if you got 2 left feet lol.

        I like "foot tag" or "foot sparring". Get in the ring with a partner and try to step on his lead foot with your lead foot, and try to avoid having him step on your foot.

        Then nail him with a right hand at the bell just to keep him on his game.

          running helps alot, there is nothing better to get you light on your feet
          for power, squat jumps are good
          and co-ordination you practice through shadowboxing, practice how you want to move

            For a start just practice being on the balls of your feet and NOT planting your heel down.

              Work on your stability a lot as well. It's amazing how much simpler it is to implement excellent research when you're never off stability.
