Did he really duck UNDER the bag? Look like he was dancing with the bag.
THAT's the whole point! I saw some videos where FM and Rocki M did the same workout more or less, of course, SRL is much more stylish.

You see, these video you posted are not bad, definitely better than expertboxing stuff, but, what are the principles advocating?

This dutch guy you referred to tries to show how to be "successful" so to speak in punching the heavy bag, while the whole motto of SRL was to be
    "special".

Ducking under the heavy bag is no big deal; you just have to hang it right. Most people hang their bag too low and it doesn't swing good, which is how you learn to work around a body when fighting inside. Mickey Walker, Marciano...Hell, I used to do it and I'm 6'3", and I had kids doing it 20 years ago.
You are supposed to be dancing with the bag- that is what you are trying to learn (one of the things) and you want it to swing freely. You use the motion of the bag to learn how to time your punches and your movements around an opponent. It is funny how many people you see that don't get all that there is to get out of a heavy bag because they just stand there and punch it.

Dude's got nice footwork, didn't really use much leverage when he said he was letting his hands go and giving it everything though??
