The World Gym is my area is the sht. Has the most workout equipment out of any gym I've been to in North Jersey. 8 calf machines is what sealed the deal. 8!! Some gyms don't even have half of that.
Any way my leg workout
Walking lunges holding 70lb each hand
Dumbell squats holding 60s
Hack Squats
Leg Press
Leg extensions
Leg Curls Lying Down
2-3 Different Calf machines
3-4 Sets per
I keep a foam roller in my room to iron them out

Leg day today..and did great cardio....
actually squatted 455 today
leg pressed 6 45's on each side..did calves as well on the leg press machine
leg curls
reverse leg curls
hip abductors...
going to be sore as hell this weekend

Been thinking, if you just wanted to get stronger and retain muscular endurance does it really make sense to perform at a 8-15 rep range at all?
I have been thinking of doing like a workout A. heavy at 1-4 reps workout B. heavy 1-4 reps and then a workout A. light at 15-30 reps, workout B. light 15-30 reps.
Sound sensible if hypertrophy is not that important to you?
