  • Got all 5 sets of 5 reps for 285lbs... all went up solid. Almost got 6 reps on the last set. Going back to 290.

      • First day back at the All Stars gym in London after 6 months out with an ACL injury and then an extra 2 months following a broken metacarpal.

        Feeling so psyched to be back!!!

        Gonna be blasting Machine Head and Pantera ALLLLL DAY!!!

        • Had to change gyms due to my old one closing so I joined up with LA fitness.

          $100 registration fee on top of first and last months fees of $30

          Absolute robbery. I hate these commercial gyms on top of being ****tier they are more expensive.

          • In their defense I went to the LA fitness today and realized they had the original jack3d at the smoothie bar. Said they have a bunch and I'm trying to buy a couple tubs off them

              • been lazy on dieting and working out lately but i am getting back on it. got a few pounds but i think i punch stronger with it.
