Workout Routine Thread

    Thursday: 06/13/2013

    Tonight, all I did was run on the treadmill. I did a total of 7 miles with no breaks back to back. I start at 6.5 mph and increase 0.5 mph every 0.1 mi starting at 0.5 mi.

    Outline of the mile routine:
    0.0 - 0.5 miles (6.5 mph)
    0.5 - 0.6 miles (7.0 mph)
    0.6 - 0.7 miles (7.5 mph)
    0.7 - 0.8 miles (8.0 mph)

      I am only placing down aerobic workouts as that seems to be what is of key attention, you can add in your own workouts as well, maybe it could be like a source for individuals to use and become an all covering coaching collection one day....

        You guys have really hard training at the gym, I live in aged home and I'm almost 52 I use to do gym for thirty minutes after the morning walk and it's enough for my health.

          I am only placing down aerobic workouts as that seems to be what is of key attention, you can add in your own workouts as well, maybe it could be like a source for individuals to use and become an all covering coaching collection one day....

            Well,According to me that different workouts has own importance in our life
            for the weight loss of the body and build the body muscles.Mostly i like
            regularly swimming,cycling and bodybuilding workout because these workouts
            so good for reduce the extra body fat and build the body muscles....

              Regularly workout really help us to be fit and smart must make a plan for the workout like first day start with the shoulder workout 2nd day we can go for the chest exercises and the biceps and triceps after that legs and other parts of the body so that you can complete 2 times both exercises in a week.....

                I just did a pretty nice circuit.

                Warm Up (20 Mins)
                Shadowboxing
                Heavy Bag

                Circuit (40 Mins) - 10 3 min rounds. 1 min rest.

                RD 1: Heavy Bag
                RD 2: 1 Set Bench Press. 1 Set Push Ups 1. Set Squat Presses with 25lb
                RD 3: Heavy Bag
                RD 4: 1 Set Bench Press. 1 Set Push Ups 1. Set Squat Presses with 25lb
                RD 5: Heavy Bag
                RD 6: 1 Set Bench Press. 1 Set Push Ups 1. Set Squat Presses with 25lb
                RD 7: Heavy Bag
                RD 8: 1 Set Bench Press. 1 Set Push Ups 1. Set Squat Presses with 25lb
                RD 9: Heavy Bag
                RD 10: 1 Set Bench Press. 1 Set Push Ups 1. Set Squat Presses with 25lb

                Cool Down (20 Mins)
                Jump rope

                Very good workout. Felt like I got a very good mix of cardio, strength training and muscle endurance.

                  15 pull ups
                  20 sit ups
                  20 squats

                  30 minute run
                  30 second sprint
                  30 jog

                  8 rounds of Heavy Bag

                  8 rounds of Double end bag

                  10 rounds of sparring drills working on head movement and countering,also working on slipping body punches with body movement.

                    That's a pretty solid workout. How many reps did you do of the bench press, pushups and squat presses in each set? Did you do a minute straight of each?

                      Man, that sounds like a pretty long workout. How long did it take to complete, like 2 and a half hours? Definitely a solid routine, I like it.
