    Bench Press Reps - 20 slow reps. By the later rounds, I was down to 15 reps
    Push Ups - 25 reps after the bench press. 15-20 by the later rounds
    Squat Presses - 25 reps all 10 rounds

    Yea, each exercise took about a minute. Spent a little more of the 3 mins on bench press and push ups tho.

      Well the pull ups,sit ups and squats, I do them six thirty in the morning which only takes me around 35 minutes.Then in the afternoon the rest of the workout takes me around 2:15 minutes.

        I do focus on fitness exercises because I am struggling for the weight control.
        My workout plan contains a regular cardio and yoga workouts.
        I spend more then 1 hour at my daily workouts.
        My daily workouts are as follow:
        Running: 15 minutes,
        Jogging: 15 minutes,
        Push ups: 25,
        Pull ups: 25,
        Sits ups: 50,
        and Yoga : 30 minutes.

            My workout varies but I'll post up what I did yesterday. Keep in mind, I have a lot of time on my hands right now lol

            5 x 3:00 shadowboxing
            4 x 4:00 heavy bag
            2 x 5:00 double end bag
            10 minutes speed bag

            1 hour yoga class (vinyasa)
            15 minute jump roping
            5 mile jog

            100 medicine ball slams (broken into sets of 25)
            100 sit ups with 25 pound plate
            50 pull ups
            50 burpees with dumbbells
            Bench press, nothing major in terms of weight or reps
