Alberto Sandoval used to do this...He'd be doing something with another guy off on one side of the ring (this was after he retired) and watching you shadow box on the other side. He'd call you over and, the first time, you'd walk up with your hands down. And he'd whack you in the head with the mitt and tell you to never, ever drop your hands once you were in the ring.
