I believe that you are reaching with this one. Spinning in a circle and getting dizzy is nothing like taking a solid blow that leaves you dazed. I'll give you that it's creative but that's about the only positive thing that I can say about this drill. It's ridiculous.............. Rockin'

At the risk of sounding a major kn0b this drill is ridiculous.

        You're crazy!

One day you'll come up with an amazing video, its just great then the next you'll come out with something real wacky like this or the 'if Chris Arreola fought like he shadowboxed he'd be still undefeated'

What even gave you the idea to make this video?

This is a wacky looking drill but I get where he's going with it and I think it's valuable. I've been dazed before and it did feel very similar to being a bit dizzy so the drill is relevant.

I actually think it would be even more valuable if incorporated with mitts or VERY light sparring with the trainer mimicking trying to finish the fighter off.

My suggestion is to start from flower eggs and sugar, then start to mix those items, then put it in the oven, bake it slow.

                    Basic Drill>Advanced>structured sparring>hands free>fight
1-------------------------------------------------------------20yrs(Fighters have to add throughout their career which requires development(baking cakes from scratch)
