  • Whats the most powerful version/way to throw a cross punch?

Like Im talking ineffective, dangerous, over committed, telegraphic, and extremely powerful.

Like it can have a run up, jump or whatever.

I just want to know how to get the most power out of rear cross or at least a rear handed straight punch as is humanily possible.

    Thanks!

Knockouts arent forced, they happen naturally. If you want kayo power, focus on your technique, and speed on your technique. Technique + speed = goodnight sweet prince.

Work on generating power from your hips/legs, and transferring said power up your body and through your punch. Focus on punching through the target, and not just hitting the target. Technique technique technique. Throw in speed and you can put some peoples lights out.

keep the cross in close and tight, dip your stance, take a step, from your back foot start the torque, tense your core and start pivoting, releasing the right hand like a shot put - turn it over and full extend right through the target. make sure you dont have any tension in your shoulder so it doesnt become a push. also make sure you have a lower stance and your balance is good.
