      I did the p90x for a while and it's very effective. Insanity appealed to me because you don't have to use any equipment but after seeing peoples results on youtube I decided against it. I personally wouldn't want to get that skinny. Plus, those workouts put far too much stress on your knee joints.

        I too have heard that Insanity is hard on your knees but I've never tried it myself. I do know some people who have done it and they lost quite a bit of weight.

        The BeachBody workout that I am most curious about is Les Mills Pump. It comes with a barbell and some plates.
