Define "Master". Honestly it only took me 2 days. I guess it just depends on the person, i've tried to teach a lot of guys I know and they can't get the hang of it.

how long did it take you to master the speed bag?
Master? When you can bow your head close your eyes, and listen to your rhythm...youre doing good.

Tell me more of this mastery....................are you using a heavy/speed or a "peanut bag"? Have you gotten doubles down yet and finishing with a "pinned" bag on top? Any video of this exhibition? Ray.

So you hadn't mastered it then?

Getting the hang of something and being able to sc**** by without ****ing up is entirely different from mastering it. Unless you're Duran or Mayweather, etc you haven't mastered it.

Anyway, don't mind me, I'm just being picky. Mastery of something is a big thing. Years and years and years of daily practice.
