Likely this works because you're planning meals, and not eating when bored/tired/in the mood.

When you eat really has little to do with anything other than how hungry you get.
Yeah, it really helps with cravings. I always make sure my first meal has some dense, filling food in it (always scrambled liquid egg whites for me), and my last meal is filling as well (steak FTW).

But really, even if you have cravings, that still doesn't take away your free will. You won't die if you fast for 16 hours. People just need to have better discipline and MAKE SURE THEY DRINK A LOT OF WATER THROUGHOUT THE DAY!

I think he was more or less explaining to you how it was a rip-off. Rather than telling you to make it yourself. Of course its better to save money and make it yourself if you insist on using it, but its still a better choice to look elsewhere in the supplimental catagory. Don't feel bad or ******, most of us have purchased some sort of hyped suppliment to find out its just loaded with caffiene or creatine and sugar or etc. Just take a little time to do some research and reading, you'll be shocked at the myths vs facts we've all been taught over the years. Be careful when doing research online or at GNC as alot of the info put out about these products are from the manufactorers and appear legit, but its really just rigged studies etc.

I think what this does is give a guideline or a plan to people with a lack of self discipline. "If I want this to work I can't grab potato chips at 2am" -type thing.

I used to eat 6 small meals a day, because thats what my fitness instructor was keen on at the time. It worked great for her and a few other people, but for me it was a pain, my whole day was centered around eating. Work for 2 hours, eat, repeat, go home eat, work out, eat, etc etc... Too time consuming, granted I was never hungery, but it was time consuming. The theory was by eating alot of small meals, your metabolism would increase. Truth of the matter is, by eating alot of small meals, you don't get hungery for a bacon burger with mayo in the middle of the day. And you also have to plan your meals for the day, so there is little to no deviation.
I lost the same amount of fat by eating 3 big clean meals a day, than I did eating 6 smaller meals.

Hi guys, new to this forum. im the same when it comes to supplements. actually think ive tried them all. best one i use is Demigod sport specific nutrition: boxers blend, its a pre workout for boxers, but adds in joint and ligament supports and bla bla bla, plus their tested and contain no banned substances, thats the main reason i use it. my gym stocks it but theirs not many places that do.

              1. Who said supplements are supposed to replace a good diet? They are supposed to SUPPLEMENT a good diet. How do people never get that concept?

              2. Why can you not use a fat burner while bulking? I'm constantly cutting/bulking for sports, and I use OEP with great results for both. Helps me keep the fat off and sweat more in the gym.

              3. I'm in the NCAA, I play football. We are tested routinely. I have never had any failed tests before. Tell me what banned ingredients there are, because that is news to me and half the NCAA athletes who use OEP and 90% of the NCAA athletes who use Jack3d.

Also, for anyone, bulk or cut, I'd recommend 16/8 intermittent fasting.

              ^^^ to this guy

yeah i agree most people think supplements are their to replace a good diet

jack 3d contains 1,3 Dimethylamylamine as the main active ingredient, its a stimulant, it imitates performance increases, FDA want to ban because of adverse health effects when they do anyone that was using it will still have it in their system. as far as i know its not banned as such. but i wouldn't want to use it due to

Ok, you if want to use supplements there is no problem with it, if you want to gain some weight this is what I recommend you(if you have the money). Use these products if you are over 18 and if you are over 22 you can use the extra.

                Multi vitamins
                -Animal stak

                Prework out
                -NO XPLODE 2.0

                Post work out
                -CELLMASS 2.0

                Protein
                -TRUE MASS BSN

                EXTRA
                -Animal test

If you want to use these products, you need to understand this:
1- You have to follow your diet, no sodas, no fast food, eat alot of green and alot of water.
2- If you are working hard right now, using this products you will need to work the double to get the best of them.
3- You will see results in less than 2 month.
4- nothing replace a good diet, hard work, and discipline

^Just me personally, I like Sources Natural vitamins the best. Awesome prices and they have everything you need and more.

                  Here's what I take/do:

                  1. Intermittent fasting 16/8
                  2. Low-carb diet (around 50-65g of carbs/day and lots of protein)
                  3. OxyElitePro
                  4. Jack3d
                  5. Glucosamine
                  6. ZMA
                  7. Creatine (when not on low-carb)
                  8. Sources Natural multi
                  9. Orange OxiMega (Greens AND Fish Oil)
                  10. Lecithin (when I don't drink the greens)

Contemplating experimenting without ZMA, OEP, and Jack3d. GOnna try it for about a month and see if there are any differences. Also, I don't take creatine during low-carb because, from what I've read/seen online, low-carb drains your glycogen stores, so creatine is useless.

Lastly, might try and experiment with a more conventional diet once I get my desired fat loss.
