None! I don't waste time on exercises that don't maximize strength, and if they don't maximize strength you best believe they don't maximize power. I do what the NFL do, I lift weights.
A Pushup is lifting weight, it's bodyweight instead of a piece of metal.
Truthfully when I was 13 I started with calisthenics all body weight exercises. I started lifting in 1996 when I was 15 for football, and thes rest was history. I fell in love with weights and football equally. I even became a sports conditioning specialist because of my love for weight training. Calistenics are fine, but I've seen the absolute best results with power and speed using weights.
thats true i would of never became as fast and strong as i am now without weights
I do more than 200 a day...I stop keeping track at 200 cus sometimes I'll just be sitting and feel like doin 50 more, I don't count those. Here's a question though, how many sit-up or crunches do you guys do? I don't do them nearly as often as I should, just every now and then.
I usually dont have the energy because I spend time on the bench, and doing military presses.
not to mention so many tricep extentions I cant stand it.
Either way, its a worthless excersise unless you are injured. It does nothing. Doesn't tone, Doesn't build, and only gives you a slight advantage in endurance, that you could build doing a simple routine like Fly's or even a ****ing dumbell press. I guess its cool if you are bored.
Get hittin them weights *******. If I bench 300 now, I dont see why nobody else cant
I want explosive power so i can be knocking people out with a single hand. I started again last night and did 50. Im so ****ing out of practice. By New Years ill be able to do 100...
(Btw this is a different type of power to Mike Tyson power for example)

Hey man, im perfecting my technique at this precise moment. But technique = power, right? So im gonna have the physical strength and the boxing know how. I already match some of the higher weight boys in my gym when it comes to power and speed. But they have more heart and experience than me, so thats what i need to focus on. But that just comes with practice and sparring etc. etc.
